Cincinnati-area worker crushed at manufacturing company

A 46-year-old worker was killed Monday morning in an accident at a Forest Park, Ohio manufacturer of steel products for the automotive, HVAC and construction industries, when a steel coil fell on him, pinning him from the waist down. Shipyard employee injured in February dies

A 53-year-old Fraser Shipyards employee who was injured while working on a Great Lakes freighter in February has died. The man died as a result of burns suffered in the February 6 incident on a vessel that was moored for repairs during winter layup. Fed-OSHA is investigating. Duluth News Tribune
