IOSH investigating fatal fall

Iowa OSHA is investigating the fatal injury of a man at a manufacturing plant in Fort Dodge. The man reportedly died after being hit by and pinned under a steel beam Thursday evening at the facility, which produces lysine, an amino acid added to feed for poultry and swine. KWWL
