Feds investigating three incidents on Staten Island

Fed-OSHA reports that it is currently is investigating three work-related incidents on Staten Island including an overturned crane and a fatal chainsaw accident. In the latter incident, a 50-year-old man died after the saw he was using to cut a pipe slipped and cut him in the hand and throat, authorities said. SILive
